i'm starting a new club. it is the 'i hate desperate housewives season two' club. and it was inevitable. apart from the introduction of a hot black man, the season has been a complete waste of time. and tonight. as i sit, wearing my hot new boots, i think: wtf.

so that is one more show off my list of 'shows i watch'. now the only show i 'watch' is america's next top model. and since that is on friday nights and i am usually not home this means i no longer watch tele. IT IS A TRAGEDY.

i would tell you about other things going on in my life but I AM GRUMPY BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING ELSE GOING ON IN MY LIFE. grumble grumble grumble. i like to think i can't be blamed for this. but you know, some friends are all about the home truths and blame me entirely. bitches.

depressingly, yesterday was basically the best day of my life. i got up late. blogged. went to meet up with my brother who made me eat contraband, then went to united video (way-oh) and got out six dvds for eleven dollars and went back to bed until six pm when i had to go to MOTHER'S DAY '06. then i got home at eight thirty (my family are no-nonsense about gatherings) and went straight back to bed.

and i decided that jude law reminds me of my cousin, ie i no longer find him attractive.

today on the upside i bought so hot right now black boots. as i already mentioned, i am wearing them right now. reow. and someone tried to give me the ugliest present i've ever seen and i giggled and he took it back. and i got to hang out with a bunch of attractive older men in suits. and some not so attractive ones. and drink wine and make small talk. and i got to play america's next top model in the grand hall at parliament. but my heart wasn't in it. i think i will go bed and watch the rest of those dvds.
