taken two seconds ago: here i am sitting in my home office slash kitchen typing away... typey typey... thinking two things. one how did it get soooo cold. two this hat i knitted last winter with the pink ribbon (pictured) is one hell of a hat. a third thing i have in the back of my mind is: how did i pass through last winter without a single warm sweater. and if i did have one, which is possible, where the hell is it now? the other thing that i don't really want to dwell on is my astrodotcom horror scope for tomorrow (aka my calendar birthday). i can't tell you about it because then it wont come true but if it does i'll tell you all about it. it will be very exciting. apparently.

really? i thought it was meant to be warm there when it is cold here? although in fairness it isn't usually this cold here this time of year.
