one thing i hate is being sick. the other thing i hate is buying into scare tactics. well hello, i'm dealing with both right now. i am sick. so i bought antiviral tissues.


shame on me! although thank god i bought them before i saw the ad. have you seen the ad? there is this teacher at home feeling sick in dressing gown looking longingly at the photo of her and her class, when LO! a knock at the door. it is her class and they have brought some anti viral tissues. so evidently it is safe to be around her so they come on in and she reads them a story.

guess what? if a classroom filled of eight year olds knocked at my door, and i were feeling like i'm feeling right now, i'd tell them to fuck off. seriously. who would want to read those kids a story when you're still in your pyjamas? i mean seriously, i can barely talk. have the writers of the ad never been ill? it would seem that is their only excuse. otherwise they are insane. obviously. i wish i could un-buy the tissues in protest.
