my favourite thing to do today is swinging on swings in the botanic gardens while some crazy skinny dude is playing his electronica to hundreds of people in the soundshell.
my second favourite thing is seeing my old history teacher in the crowd. can you spot her?
i didn't actually see her dance, but i sense she would have been very very good.
my third favourite thing is confessing to your best friend that you have done something so fundamentally opposed to her beliefs that your friendship may be in serious jeopardy. the confession relates to how i told HRC that i have agreed to go for a wee bush walk the weekend after next here. i understand how she feels betrayed. many, many summers spent mocking people who do *that* kind of thing would have led her to believe i was never ever going to become *that* kind of person. she was wrong. as it turns out. i just needed the right kind of peer pressure and promises that there wouldn't be too many hills. the next thing you know i'll become an earnest european who gets "amped" about kiwifruit (in-joke alert, it is to make HRC realise i'm still a total bitch-who-mocks-others at heart).
inspired by a coworker, these are the days of my life...

Hello.
Excuse me I get amped about kiwifruit. On my overseas sojourn I used to buy up- large the kiwifurit formally known as the chinese gooseberry. Then I realised they were grown in Italy. How Euro. How worldly. The Riumatakas are more spiritual homeland. I may see you there.
Love Muzza.
I read this.
