momentus occassion... first homeperm self portrait. it is me compared with cadbury's old gold dark rum and raisin chocolate. chocolate is supplied by CG (thanks). so i'm a chocolate girl, but maybe more a milky chocolate than say a dark chocolate.

anyway, the more important part of today's blog entry is to tell you about my new discovery... my ipod nano as an oracle.

simply think a question really really hard and then hit shuffle song. and interpret the result.

examples:

i asked the oracle what i should do about a boy who i'm ineffectually flirting with? the result: gin and juice (snoop dogg). clearly this means i need to get him drunk. clearly.

i asked the oracle whether i should go swimming in the harbour after work. the initial results were a bit hazy (how do you interpret us and them, a cover of the pink floyd song by the dub all stars?) but on a second go walk on the wild side left me in no doubt. so i swam and loved every minute of it.

i asked the oracle how much longer i have to put up with my sister and her pre wedding bridezilla act, Bad Boy for Life by P Diddy came up. suggesting that her mood swings are not so much wedding related - more of a life long challenge.
