he is my nephew, and i love him.

his favourite toy is the packaging that baby wipes come in. he is very easy to please.

i also went to a party this evening at my friend's place, basically around the corner from where i live. i had intended to matchmake my flat mate with her friend, but my flat mate was a no-show. i hope she wasn't on to me. as i've already complained, i'm not very subtle.

later in the night our party merged with the next door neighbours. they were playing sing star on playstation. there wasn't a dry eye in the house following my performance of tina turner's "simply the best". a man also tried to get me drunk on vodka and cranberry and some kind of wine. he was a wine maker. i hate wine. but he was very nice so i lied to spare his feelings. plus keep his interest, obviously. but it was wasted effort on my part as his interest was lost easily. he was clearly just not that into me.
