today i left work early to work from home.
my worst fears were realised. i slept instead of working.

i went home with good intentions. home is quieter. home has my hot new lap top. i could get more done from home.

so i made lunch. thought "cant eat and type" so sat down and turned on the tele. i was watching a new show in the style of dr phil when my celly rang. i was shocked; it was work. i quickly turned off the tele to answer the phone. by this stage they'd hung up. i hope they think i was so enthralled by work that i couldn't bring myself to answer the phone.

this prompted me to get out my hot new lappy. which meant going into my room. which meant looking at my bed. which is how i ended up on my bed with my eyes closed - just a quick power nap. which lasted three hours. yep.

oh and now instead of working the night away i'm starting my so hot right now blog. i think it will be a themed blog but havent thought of a theme yet.
